yea i think all the cars in that vid were stock. the m3 was bound to win coz it has 210kw compared to fto's 147 but the only time the bmw made ground was in the straights. wasnt suprised it beat the supra coz the non turbo ones arnt that powerfull and i think their heavy and lose more power through drivetrain

nice race but i thought 180 and mr2 would have done better.. 180 and mr2 both come stock turbo... unless they took the turbo out.. >_>

180sx and mr2 do comes with NA versions and turbo versions. Not sure which versions they used for the race, unless someone who know japanese can translate the video.

good point, beats supra so maybe th 180 and mr2 are turbo, i guess if they were the turbo versions they woulda beat that teg but i forget the outcome. the supra is gaining on the fto at the end

im guessing the supra is non turbo too. it will be a big mismatch if it were.

supra na is still faster than fto in a straight line, dont forget its still a 3litre good for 164kw and a lot more tourque than the fto so it would have a lot better mid range response

yeh just looking at all those cars FTO would be near the bottom if not the bottom... even as stock non turbo...

Lol get outtta heeere.. the result speaks for itself.
Its obviously not all about power, the FTO has very good handling...
And there is actually another video going around of a Tsubuka race where theres a civic and integra type r's in it which beat the FTO and these have even less power... the honda guys like showing that one around whereas we prefer this one
