Oh you have much to learn my young Padawan, the force can be used for many things.
the force is strong with this one - he's obviously able to use the force to propel himself around in that chair, as thanks to the wings he's not able to get his hands to the wheels anymore, and no one in their right mind would be seen dead with him to push him.
although, i have no idea why he doesn't just use the force to get up and walk... probably just lazy.
