as above, i need four engine mounts for my gpx.

if anyone could help it would be muchly appreciated.

98 and 2000 have the same mounts but anything before 97 has different again. Try pm'ing dstocks

Just buy manual ones. They're all interchangeable. I'd be going Camskill, failing that Mitsi Aus.

What? Gearbox engine mount, auto same as manual? Are you sure. If thats the case then there would have to be a difference between manual pre 97 and post 97.

thought you can repair the mounts by adding some kind of goo on it?

I can get new ones from Japan if you are in a bind. Looks like ill be putting through an order for stereo surrounds and floor consoles anyway, so can save postage if it comes back in the same box.

Nope that would be seals, with mounts you need to replace or rebuild

How much for GPvR mounts?

Camskill has none that fit the GPvR apparently.

Nope, havent heard a thing. Youll have to give him a blast I reckon. Ive got a few other orders, so ill put through a big order in about 3 or 4 days. If you want in on that, youd better get onto him.

Now as to the engine mounts, can I get a chassis number off both of you. Ill match that against the prices ive paid for them in the past and give you a ballpark cost (exact cost depends on items in the box and exchange rate). Just send me a PM.

Yes on the firewall (thats the wall that seperates the engine bay from the cabin). It will start with DE3A XXXXXX. Make sure you get the one that is stamped into the firewall not off the compliance plate.

vin number shouldnt matter in terms of the gearbix yeh? so mine is a manual (used to be auto) so i would be needing auto mounts??

nah, youd need the manual mounts. Harder for you because your cahssis number will give me the wrong ones as itll bring up the auto ones
