5spd tip gearbox needed

I knew my gearbox was in trouble and it finally died on yesterday, along with the starter motor to make matters worse. 
Has anybody got a 5spd auto box they wanna sell? If so, how much?
Would prefer it to be in NSW, as that's where I'm located.
