Gday i just got my starter motor replaced with a hj galant one and now my temparature gauge doesnt work .Has this happend to anyone else after a starter change and what needed to be done.Thanks

Strange as the temp sender is nowhere near the starter, but have a look for a loose wire just under the radiator fill spout. Thats where the the gauge temp sender is.
