I was looking at the same thing about a year ago. Got quoted $750 for labour because I supplied all the parts but it ended up taking 6 months due to various problems with wrong parts etc... Another place quoted a minimum of $2000 and they wanted a week.
Make sure you have the matching driveshafts for the gearbox you are supplying.
If you want I can PM you the place. But you will find a lot of workshops wont be bothered doing it.

took me bout a day total in my garage at home. Its pretty simple job just bit awkward sometimes. As for price find yourself a manual box with pedals etc and should be bout the 5 to 6 hundred mark to get installed. Or there is a manual half cut on ebay and another member here needs a motor maybe you could both put this to your advantage.
Think its going for around 1500 and will give you absolutly everything you would need in the way of parts
