decided to jack up my car and have a look at my self.. found all these probs can you guys identify these for me please.
first one i presume its the water pump since it is low and behind the belts.. (dont know what water pump looks like).. also there is a leak through the oil sump talk.. 2nd(pic) where the gasket is i have cleaned it out and it doesnt seem to be droping from above or around it but through it.. its coming out clean coolant not mixed with oil.
could this be a bigger problem than just the water pump ? here are the pics.. again thanks heaps guys for your input i want source out the problems myself instead of taking it to a stranger mechanic who will no doubt try and rip me off !

1 and 2) Coolant leak from water pump
3) Grease from CV joint boot. Just check boot is intact, if so its probably just never got cleaned when they replaced the boot last time. If boot is split replace.... should be about $20 foir the boot or $50-$60 bucks if you get someone to do it.
4)Split steering rack boot. replace for about $15

See edit above.
3rd pic.... If that is oil leaking and not what i said originally then it will be coming from your rocker gasket ABOVE THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD.

Easy as. Just remove the intake manifold as if you were going to replace the rear bank spark plugs. Maybe a guide on here somewhere if you dont know. Then just undo the 6 or 7 10mm bolts and you have the orcker cover off. Then just pull off old gasket and replace with new. It's pretty common for these to leak

those price are item price right? labour is another issue? replacing steering rack boot requires cleaning and also removing the front wheels, thus requires alignment as well?

It shouldn't require alignment; normally all you need to do is remove one or two bolts and then move the hub assembly out of the way, they aren't adjustable parts so bold back to the sae place. Alignment is only really necessary when removing/replacing suspension components that have room/ability for adjustment.
Then again, you should get an alignment periodically, if it hasn't been done in say 10,000 km's then it may well be worth it

to replace the rack boot you need to remove tie rod end which is part of your alignment 'toe in and out' settings granted if you have got it exactly correct via counting turns off an on your toe setting should be about right, but is always best practise when removing these items or any other suspension work to get it aligned. If you just do CV boot then no you shouldnt require one as they dont actualy even have to remove tie rod from hub assembly just brake disc/calipers and hub from strut. unless you have a strut camberbolt no alignment will be required for just cv boot change

You DONT want to go round just replacing seals willy nilly. I suggest you repair what we have said so far then get some degreaser (dont spray it on electrical plugs etc) or some cleaning alcohol (like white spirts) and give the engine a really good clean, especially round where you think it is leaking. Drive it for a few days and you should have a clearer picture of where the leaks are coming from.
As for coming to new castle.... how about you get yourself to the bonfire and ill do it there for you.
Actually now that i think of it, I do need to replace my passenger side steering rack boot, when are you going to do yours? I suppose i could do up a DIY for it, if there isnt one already.

You trying to get the track rod end out from the hub, or actually off the steering arm itself?
