No King Springs Superlows?

Ok, so I sent a message to King Springs enquiring about the part numbers for their superlows for the FTO that I thought several members on this site have...and I got this response.
"Unfortunately we cannot assist with your request for superlows. The 'super low' option for this model vehicle is not available in our product range, this is due to suspension geometry & travel limitations, as the coil will fall out at full suspension droop. Our lowered range is all that we are able to offer."
WTF?? A lot of my forum searching has people talking about king spring superlows and I have been in touch with a few people that have to ask them a few questions.
Anyone know what's going on here?

I know a friend that might have a set of super lows on offer to fit an FTO. I can look further into that if you like.

Yeah, I might be interested. Depends how old they are.
I'd really just like to get to the bottom of why there seems to be some confusion as to whether King Springs makes superlows for the FTO or not.
If they don't, what are all these springs that people are calling King Spring superlows?

Cant answer that I dont think. Ill get him to bring them in and ill try and get some details. He only bought the car recently though, so not sure how much info I can get. Will have to see.
As to the answer to your question, it may be that they are using something like a lancer spring if its not explicitly FTO. I know a lot of the CE lancer suspension components are the same as the FTO.

Well I just got off the phone to one of the managers at King Springs and he has confirmed that they have never made superlows for the FTO as an off the shelf option.
The KMFL-93(and the gsr equivalent) is the only spring they support putting in the front, and the KCRL-46 is the only spring they support putting in the rear.
He mentioned that it may be possible to put the KCRL-46SL into the back but did not recommend it due to different spring rates.
I'd be very interested to get some part numbers from those of you out there who think you have superlows.

yeah definitely no King Spring super lows made specifically for fto's
when i called them up the guy said the rears used would be the same ones out of a mazda or volvo or something like that lol i think they use the KCRL-46 as well.
if you can get your hands on some Espelir super low springs, they are very good, i ended up buying them of a member here. they are somewhere between low and superlow king springs (around 40-45mm drop) and handles very nicely.

I think its people saying they have Superlows when they dont. Sounds cooler hey.. VTEC YO!!!!! Yo!
Having said that, Dwayne maybe onto something. They could be jamming CE Lancer or CJ4 Mirage superlows in.

In this case the guy that had them in his car works with me. I have lowered apexis in mine and his was a good 5 cm lower all round (they were parked next to each other). Ill see if I can get the picture of his FTO, but I can say that they havent been cut and they make the car very low (about 10cm clearance at the front with a stock bar from memory.
