Error Codes

hey Guys
Yesterday when i turned the car on i got the orange engine light and tcl light came on to they dont flash they just stay there it has happened a couple of times before and then when i turn the car off and come to turn it on it just dissapears,aswell yesterday after the engine error code dissapeared ,then the red battery error light came on but it was really faint,today it dissapeared what could be wrong?
