Due to an increase in demand and a reduction in service levels (due to a lack of time on my behalf) , I have "hired" an offsider to help with the orders. If you occasionally get a response from pic (partner in crime), that would be my wife helping me out. Hopefully you will get your bits sooner and not have to hassle me as much and make everybody happier, including her
