Wheels and Offset

Now I know there are a few links around but not too much info on whether or not these may fit.
Now I'm looking at getting a set of wheels which are 8in wide and either have a 38 offset or 30 offset.
Will either of these fit without spacers?

Buddy Clubs, nice. How much they cost you? 17's or 18's?

19's actually and they only cost me $1200 for the set from an official dealer
apparently these are discontinued hence the price. The set in black looked so hot but won't suit my blue car

wonder if lowering can still be done if low profile tyres were used..

well your already gonna have to use low profile anyway prob 235/30x19 or 225/30x19
which should almost keep rolling diameter close to factory in which case I cant see why you cant lower it some. Maybe king lows or coilovers which you can adjust height to suit
