Dash lights

i jsut followed the DIY guide of changing the dash lights to LED's. Atm im doing the clock but for some reason the light isnt showing up =[. When i replug the clock back in the blue light LED light flashes then when i start up the car to see if they work properly the light doesnt come on, can someone help me?
