FTOs dont come in turbo. Unless it has been specifically modded that way.

Instead of posting that you need a car in that price range how about an introduction first?

And whats with people lowering the value of our cars these days. "wanted! FTO in good condition with low km but the max Im willing to pay is $xxxx."

Argh...

he says he wants an fto but clearly he knows nothing about them apart from the looks because he says he wants a non-turbo one and hes to lazy to look for a decent one himself

All I can say is....

http://www.carsales.com.au

Research the topic, plough thru the diff topics on this site - there are 101 'noob' guides, get your vehicle checks done, don't hold your hopes high to find a great one for that price, but am sure you will be able to get something that'll be ok if you're prepped to invest a few extra dollers over a period of time. - Also don't jump into the purchase on a whim... ;)

THANK YOU!!!

I have seen turbo models advertised and with my P's l cant have one so was just making that clear to some people!!!
l have put 5k-8k as l dont mind buying an FTO that needs a little work done as it will be my 1st car, but also have seen then around the $7500 mark so im sorry for wanting to save money on my 1st car guys.

Don't worry, I'm on my P's and got my FTO this year for $7500. Had a few little problems but that's the fun of it to get them fixed. The fixes only cost me a few hundred now it's running great.

A lot of the cheaper ones seem to have gone however...

Looks like a clean unit... Highish K's but most do these days...

That's the only unit around I'd consider looking at - give him a call and see what you can haggle price wise - I think you could talk him down to $7,250 if you're clever about it... See what the service history is like.

Just goes to show what a veilside kit does to the resale of your FTO.......
