Use the search function for engine oil.

As for leak, your driveway will tell you. Also jack the car up(use axle stands) and get a tourch and look around your steering coloum

yeh sorry probs sould of searched first

i just thought if i was already posting about the leak i might aswell add that question in there.

problem with checking for leak is a have a rock driveway that i park it on, and there is never any obvious wet patch as it sinks through the stones to dirt pretty quickly (rocks are a red colour that doesnt change much when they are wet) ive just noticed that the level has gone a lot since i bought it, if there is a leak how much do u reckon it would cost to have it fixed and whats the best way to do it? i would probably do it at home rather than mechanic just because i dont have a lot of cash, (doing yr 12 and with hsc coming up im barely working so i have time do study)

lol @ "obvious wet patch" pfft, teenage boys !!!! :D
cost will depend on what the problem is, i have a small leak from one of the hose fittings, just need to be tightened- cost $0.00 follow all the hoses along from one end to the other looking for oil. also check around the pump.
as for the driveway, just put a flattened cardboard box under the car, drips will show.

good luck, keep us posted.

lol @ wet patch.

Yeah use some card board but put bricks to hold it down so it doesnt move. But if it is leaking profusly then you can just get under there with a torch and you will find it pretty easily.
