the old "bell helmet" slogan pops into mind..................
"if youv'e got a $10 head, buy a $10 helmet"

I got my gears from BikeBiz Granville (Motorbike Shop) on parramartta rd, I have VIP card that can have a bit of discount N dont mind to share.

Safety First, money cant buy a second life. Dont be a tightass when choose the safety gears. they will safe your life

thanks SL for your offer.
Are gears at my price range good enough?

Yeah but on the flip side of that, there's no need to spend 5 grand on a pair of gloves you'll use twice a year.

I think my helmet was around $300, gloves $130.

just go to a bike store and try on various helmets. MCAs and bikebiz are good. Also have a discoutn card if you want
