Hey Criss, do you remember me? I bought the strut brace off you.

If you remember that big ass pod filter I have on my car, it is a K&N pod. My one is designed for the GR though and not the GPX.

pod filters are universal mate

you just gotta find one with same diameter outlet corresponding to your intake pipe

do you have a stock pipe? if so you will need a small adapter pipe so that the pod can be clamped on

When I said mine was designed for a GR, I should have been more specific and stated it was designed for use with the Mitsubishi MAF sensor. The GR uses a MAF sensor while the GPX does not.

Here's a tip Criss, there's a button up the top centre of screen labelled 'Search'. Know I know this might seem a bit 'far out' & wacky, but if you hit that little button then put in something like...Oh I dunno "pod and filter" or "Intake and pipe" you should get something in the vicinity of about KAJIGABAZILLION threads on pod filters & intake setups :thumright:

K&N and the apexi super-flow are the two best pod filters. I wouldnt even consider putting anything else on my car.

Green HKS mushroom looking one showed some good results. I think it had something crazy like a 10kw gain.

But yeah, k&n is pretty good. I used to have a apexi and that thing was loud as hell.
