Hey Everyone,

Well just wanted to say it was good when i found this forum, i got a lot of information off everyone and everyone was pretty helpfull with questions and to one another.

Sad news is my FTO is gone has been for over a month now, was unfortunate thing that happend. Oh my god, i miss it like crazy my car was perfect inside to out but in the end i had to make a choice so i let it go

.. The car was in an accident front end damage, bonet, head lights, both rear quarter panels ( i think) and left side of the engine bay pushed in a bit.
No one was hurt but i was in state of shock i didnt want to let it go i loved this car but my insurance decided to ride the car off :( got sold 2 weeks ago at auctions.

They gave my number out to the person that brought my car? But i think its getting fixed so might see it on the forums or around eventually.

BEST car loved the fto had quiet few problems engine wise and little other problems but over all was a great car. I was going to buy another fto just was hard finding one that compared to my fto, but in the end i got the car i have wanted for a while and im very happy with it :)

I'll be around still on the forums when i can, thankyou :)

and yet ive had 3 of them over 5 years and the only problem ive had was due to a stuff up by the mechanic. Even then it didnt do any damage. It all comes down to what you start with, how you take care of it and a bit of luck thrown in for good measure. I think its fair to say that there are a number of people that fit into both categories.

I hope you have more luck this time ftofionaaa

Yeah that's true dstocs, my new car is brand new so no problems i hope :)

cass - i am sorry i wanted to go to the Melbourne fto meets but when ever they where on my car was getting fixed so i never had a chance to see some the Melbourne members :( which i would have liked to. Maybe some time i can come along :)

my RIMS the vaults where perfect they got taken with the car from the insurance so you will probably see the car around one day because the new owner loved the rims she told me and the whole car.
