WA - Who Owns this car?

Does anyone know who owns this car?
I would love to get in contact with the previous owner...
The reason is i have put a deposit on this car, and the guy clearly knew what he was doing, and i just wanna talk to him about the mods he's done.
And the dealer can't give me his details... and he has no clue about the car.
