I have some inside info coming straight from an Inspector (very high up) its a load of CRAP!
He said that its all a lie & that Highway patrols are still making their quota's. There has been industrial action mentioned but definitely not been taken yet.
So, don't be speeding boys!

ok I have got some info on this, the police will not be handing out fines this week for low speed ofences BUT you will get one in the post the week or two later
