Anybody played this game?
Just bought it on Steam for $29.99
First off, the graphics of this game are so unbelievable, the environment, the tracks, the cars, the people in the crowd, everything is perfect. Could not possibly be any better.
Then the driving - It's not like NFS or Juiced or any of that crap, it's hard to get the hang of the cars but this game was designed so the cars drive exactly like they would on a track. Each car is VERY different and each car you drive, you can instantly "feel" the weight of the cars, even understeer/oversteer they claim is just like driving the car on the track.
Also when you're in races etc, in other games cars would crash into you, however in this they slow down if you cut in front of them cos in real life they wouldn't crash into you to push you out of the way etc.
Good feature in this game is the "Flashback" so if you get into a crash or ram into a wall, you can quickly go to flashback, go back in like 5-10 seconds and fix your mistake. Since it's so hard to control the cars, this feature is very welcomed, cos one mistake, such as hitting your tyre on a wall and there goes your camber, and your car is constantly steering to one side cos your tyre is damaged etc.
Very realistic.. I recommend this game extremely highly.
Don't expect to buy a sh*tload of cars and do your own mods etc, it's purely to give you the driving experience for what the cars would feel like on a track.
I only just started playing it 2 days ago but I sure am hooked!!
