Recaros

Well, got the blue slip today, so....

time to put in the newly upholstered recaro tomcats. :

Photos a bit rushed. Hopefully get some better ones during daylight in the next couple of days

where did you get those from dwayne? and did you have to modify rails to fit the fto?

interested in a different make of recaros but fto rails are hard to come by... and some place the seat too high :evil:

And now you should actually change you gear boot .. The red stitching would look better in blue ...

And if you want someone to take the red stiched boot, then let me know .. 8) ;)

Sorry to say, im keeping them for now. May need to put them back in one day. The drivers side one will probably end up in the simulator temporarily.

Nup, they came out of HKSFTO. They were the yellow and black checked ones. Got the inserts done in both for $400 (I supplied material)

There are heaps of them for sale on Yahoo Japan. Ive already bought one set in for one of the other club members.

lol...... for a second i thought i smelt a bargain in the air :P

in that case dont suppose you know where i can get foam to replace the sides in my driverside seat....... im thinking Clark rubber??

Yep, thats where id be going. I didnt realise you were in Canberra. I have 2 other members dropping in where I work tomorrow if you want to make an appearance......

Posted down here at the begining of the year and should be here for a couple of years before move again.

What time and where? Im working from 7 til 7 tomorrow but might be able to sneak out for an hour or so.... ;)

wow, you interior is looking great :D bet those seats are comfy, do they recline?

cup holders are pretty cool too ;)

Looks Smicko dwayne, very nice indeed. Let me know if any more come up on yahoo. Also how much did it cost you to re-trim them?
