had to do little bit of work for new gtr today and the owner was there talking to me while i was at it. afterwards he said have you got a bit of time would you like to go for a drive
So after i was done thinking i would get to be a passenger, he chucked me the keys then he sat in passenger seat and away i went.
all i can say is holy sh*t ats awesome the power is incredibale and the grip is unreal, wasnt sure if i going to sh*t my pants or blow my load
he put into full race mode for me then told me to just gun it (when in some quiter country roads) and f**k me even in 2nd gear at 50 kph when you boot it it doesnt lose any traction but just launchs you back into seat and before you know it your license is at big risk! the gear changes are just insane as it `blips` motor to match for change and it does it almost instantly when you touch the paddle! all the gauges in centre console mean bugger all though as you cant watch them while foot is down you just have to look at road and revs
All day since then ive been totally buzzing if you ever get a chance to drivwe one then have no second thoughts
if only i had the cash for one

There are plenty of rave reviews on these gtr's. I'd love to take one for a bash, expecially around a track.

it's not the size that matters. It's how you use it...

I've seen and heard these cars and god damn they're hot. As cheap as they are in comparison to similar cars, I can't warrant spending that much on a car.
Was taken for a spin in a track prepped r33 gtr that was street legal too. Over 600hp atw's, 1/4mile in 10secs and amazing traction. If the new gtr handles and goes anything close to this and HOLY sh*t!!!!

Hmm I noticed how you said "uncles company racecar." and not "uncle's company's racecar."
Guess youre kind of lucky if you meant the first one

mate the handling is unreal they have semi slicks as standard like i said i put foot hard down in 2nd and not even a light step out just grip and go
one factory prob they have is logging the data, nissan have only setup to record 20sec of data logging to hard drive and have removed the sd card slot too, obviously done for some reason but of course you can around it if ou wish....
also must say prefer the old 34 seats to new ones while still nice feel the old ones hugged you better and the rear vision is just crap (worse than FTO)

yeap iam pretty sure thats the one. i think they were the first to import the GTR here coz on the first testing of the GTR in Australia was done here in WA and was presented in Wheels magazine. and then they ended up converting it into a race car. i usually go down to barbagallo raceway to see it in action, it definately definately gives the lambo's and GT2's a run for their money

Such a nice hot car, but so much electrickery! Like evos and stis with ayc and dccd =/
Good for track times though!
I was watching best motoring last night, the one featuring the gt-r r35.. they did a track test of the hosaka tuning company r32, a i forgot garage r33 and MCR's r34..
The r35 has higher cornering capability than even those tuned monster gt-r's and that's out of the box. Only the big power of the earlier tuned gt-rs kept the gt-r from getting 1st. The drivers were saying it's mostly to do with the active torque steer on the new gt-r (the evolved attessa-ets from earlier gt-rs). It did get ahead of the r32 (which came last) even though the r32 is lightest, was stripped and putting out over 400hp. Goes to show how cars move on.
Personally, i'd still go with a v-spec 2 nur mhmm, if i was gonna blow my dough like that anyways.
