get yourself an external antenna, the one in the rear windscreen isn't so great.

Yeah the rear windscreen antenna is rubbish. FM reception is ok at the best of times and AM reception is pretty much non-existant.

Try an antenna booster, Im not guaranteeing that it will work, but it is worth a try. In my past experience, they can work on some cars and not on others. They are about $30 and will require a power supply.

Its just a thought, and will be a hell of a lot cheaper than buying a full electric antenna.

i just want to add my name to the list of people with really bad reception. i have a TV tuner box in mine aswell, and it has a seperate antena for it, and it is very very dodgy, i only use the tv when i HAVE to watch a show or am just showing off my car to someone.

if anyone finds a good electric antenna that works for TV and Radio please pass on the info.

Power Amp Antenna by Pioneer, it works well with my TV before it got stolen. Is the best i've use as well, i've had 2ways, 4ways antenna by Clarion, even i've use a pair which mean 4ways & 8ways, they are no where near the Pioneer Power Amp.

Cost around $200 each, which mean $400 for the pair.
