Yep used to be a member 'GPXXX'
I found some info out about him through an other member on this site, he used to be Vic co-ordinater named Mike about 5 years ago.
He done all the work getting it turboed but needed an engineering certificate but he didn't have any paperwork due to all the places he got the work at shut down.
Apperantly it has shown up on for sale many times due to this issue.
Yes that front bar is really good, its pretty rare

I had a kansai wing on my old car, they're mad
If you bought this car and swapped all the running gear into a shell, you still can't engineer it, eh?

no the engineering cert is for the engine mods, so transferring would be pointless becuase you would still need to get it certified

So does that mean all you boys doing turbo conversions at the moment are getting / have gotten it engineered?
That'd ramp the price up significantly, no?

one of the mechanics that did a lot of the work, is still in melb. He moved to another workshop close by after that one closed down. Now services my car. It was a very nice car in the flesh.
