Driver side mirror

Hey guys...My drivers side mirror is semi buggered.
when i press the button 2 fold the mirrors in. The left one folds all the way in. However the right one "attempts" 2 fold. It moves then stops.
Then when i press the button 2 fold back out.
the right one doesnt move @ all (so i have to push it with my hand). Does anyone think this could be an ezy fix..or would i b better off getting another 1 from the wreckers?
Ive gotten as far as un-doing the 2 bolts that bolt onto the door..? then gave up
