Harness issue?

Hey all!
First time really putting a wiring diagram into action it seems I am only getting continuity on the black cable from ECU hardness to the TPS? So from the TPS harness connector to the engine ECU there is no continuity for the other three pins? So its either I'm reading the diagram wrong, which is not hard! Or my TPS harness is screwed!
Someone with a bit more experience be able to help???
