yeah you can fix it, get a couple buckets of water, some detergent, and....
wash your car
lol, sorry. seriously, with the brake dust, you can probably get some brakes that are better than others as far as how much dust they produce. and with the exhaust, i imagine cleaning the inside would help a little bit, but it wont stop the problem, and you'll have to keep doing it. maybe get a tip that sticks out a bit further?

When you wash the car, you tend to get water on the disc rotors - which instantly oxidises into a fine layer of rust. The first time you then go for a drive & use the brakes, it dislodges that layer of rust. I always go for a quick round the block drive before finishing up cleaning the wheels.
Also, do you use tyre black? If so, what size are your tyres?

wow, WTF do you do to your brake pedal to get the dirt trailing up the doors?
All my cars have a light color lower half/ FTO i white, and I only ever get hella dirty rims.
And no, I sure ain't no grandpa.

Hey Kaheal, I'd say if your having problems with your exhaust leaving black soot up the back of your car you are probably runnign rich. I'd have a look at getting the oxygen sensor checked, Is it still under warranty? Maybe get this stuff looked at under warranty?
