Okay, I did post up in the WTB section, but didn't want to make a help thread of it.

Has anyone replaced there gearbox side mount?
If so, where did you get the part from?
I either need the whole mount, or atleast the insert to use in my existing mount.

My mech said it looks very similar to a Magna V6 mount, but he didn't get back to me, which means on closer inspection they weren't.

Any help appreciated, can't really drive the car well as the engine shifts on medium take off or decent braking.

What yr FTO, the mounts change in 98 models

I'll also have to check tomorrow, too dark and raining currently for me to check.

Why would they change the mount though, ohhhhh
Is it because of the 4-5 spd tip changeover?

If so, then yes, mine is 5spd TIP.
