Haedlight Problem

I try sanding my headlights but it really dint go ma way and im on the verge of buying a new set for 500 bucks.... if some one can giv me a hand with it il throw a couple of beers and llolies (starburst!) i live on west sydney near fairfield but im happy driving anywhere.. cheers...

Yea nothing that cant be fixed. You dont need to spend anywhere near $500. You just need to use the right sandpaper and depending on how bad they are delaminating, you will need to sand for a few hours.

And even if they are stuffed, I can get you a set for around $300.

Has anyone managed to find a decent clear laquer to recoat them with or does it not need doing once they have been smoothed?

other than the polish never did mine and never had any issues

yeah i used a perspex polish that the marine industry uses.... came up a treat.

Is there a DIY on this cause i need to do more gpx lights and people want, ill do a DIY

Il give it a go next weekend and i let u guy know how i went... i might be able to fix em if i spend a couple extra hours on it... :roll:
