ok guys thought id post up my little project of turning this once forgotten and loved car into something that will be my pride n joy. Sort of like a before and after thing,
I bought this car off a good friend of mine about 10 mths ago intentioned as just a daily and nothing more.
The vehicle is not in the best shape or form however i did not care as i just needed a daily. In fact i would think its probably one of the worst conditioned ones ive seen lol
Mechanically it was A1 as it had just recently been freshened up still has not skipped a beat. ( which was really all that mattered to me.)
Now to the down sides of the vehicle...
paint was pretty faded and discoloured, driveres seat was ripped and the rest of the condition of the other seats were ok but had seen better days due to being in the excessive sun over the years. Lots of minor dents everywhere and some loose wiring inside the vehicle. Possibly due to (so it seems) that the vehicle had been broken into before, as it had a GT wing but was told it was stolen hence the reason for the extra holes in the boot.
Pluses were that it rides on tein springs, has upgraded gto brakes, apexi exhaust, cai and momo steering wheel and a decent cd player n speakers.
Now after driving it for all this time and it having looked after me quite well i thought it was time to show some appreciation.
Here is how it looked when i picked her up...
and the shopping list
GTR R32 wheels (i powder coated them white)
Version R door trims and rear seats.
Monza bucket seats
Bozzspeed front bar
Veilside side skirts
Veilside rear bar
Tinted windows
Carbon Bonnet
Carbon boot
Trust Gear knob
BM Touchscreen TV with b/tooth
Alpine 2 channel Amp
2 x 12" Pioneer subs (out of my evo)
and last but not least is a full respray.
couple of the new items
car is now currently getting a respray so will post up pics of it soon.
