235 40 or 45 tyres .can they fit fto can you make them fit

I want some PHat rubber
a guy im my area is selling brand any kuhmo semi slicks for $220 each except there 235 by 40 and 45 i was wondering is there any one who has fit something similar. i was thinking about 8mm spacers and rolling the gguards but in reality im just a noob who pretends to know sh*t about cars

i need help im desperate for some traction serious traction

i have 18inch by 8 in rims if it helps

semi slicks will sit wider than standard

offset is what matters, so unless u know what, we cant tell

that tyre size will fit as I run 235x45 on 17x8s

i run 235/40 but not semi slicks. the semi's might have a bit more tyre sidewall roll and rub when you corner if u fit them that wide.

Tbh I don't know if you want semi slicks for everyday driving.

If you're going for fatter tyres go 17" not 18s.

I seem to recall Aza squeezing in a 245 on a 17 inch rim...

But as KJ mentioned, unless you can tell us the offset of the rim, we cant tell you much.

what do you mean by offset my rims are the same as yours bennoz 18 inch by 8 inch isnt that the offset

oh and i want semi slicks wont be using the car every day more of a corner screamer than a cruiser

I have the 235/ 45/ 17s allso you have to look at the brand of them to as some are wider than others :?
but yep you will have no probs at all providing the offset as said above, so you may have a prob :lol:
