Nah doesnt matter if a GPX or a GR. What matters is if its a tip or a manual. This is because the tip box comes a lot firther forward than the manual.

If you can mail say a paper template with fold lines on it i can produce an electronic drawing of it and then we can email a PDF file of it who ever wants one.

Nup, that means the template ive got is for a manual. I need to make a different one for the tip as the tip box gets in the way with the current design.

No Rush

I'll keep my eye out for suitable materials, got any recommendations for materials by the way?

Sweet, aluminium it is, also thinking of using styrofoam as an insulator similarly used in eskys. Maybe sandwiched in reflective foil?
