how is this for a dodgey job

I replaced my engine mounts on the weekend and found this..
They had attached a bit of hose held on with a cable tie to stop the engine mount from sagging. How dogie no wonder why my engine was sitting on the cross member

oooh..thats bad..I've seen a few makeshift engine mount modifications including rock hard putty on the bottom half section to prevent sagging.
