my fto is a really rough ride..it's lowered and sports suspensions..so is it meant to be a rocky n rough ride..feels like as if it doesn't have any shock absorbers at all..any opinion?

Yep, bet you have Japan spec coilovers on it. They are often way too hard for Australian roads. If you want a softer ride, try adjusting them if they are coilovers, otherwise you will either need to get them revalved or replace them
