Ok guys I'm about to get a service done on the FTO and before I get shot down in flames I have done millions of searches and found nearly everything I need to know (mostly through all the other 100k service threads lol). I just need help on a few little things but first off here is what I'm doing:

Changing my plugs to NGK BKR7E1X-11 (already bought)
Changing leads to 8mm Magnecors (bought from camskill)
Flushing and replacing engine oil with 5w-40 or 5w-30
Flushing and replacing radiator coolant
Replace fuel & air filter (camskill)
Replace cambelts & other belts (camskill)
Replace waterpump (kempys)
Replace camseals (kempys)
MD309002 x1
MD193910 x4
MD180402 x4
MD153103 x4

I have a manual GPX with no LSD. I've read shockproof makes it worse in the cold and have seen a lot of people use 75w-90 any suggestions and anything I have missed? Not doing brake pads as they were recently changed!
