WTB: Mirage or Lancer or Corolla

My fto is off the bloody road for half the year, because i start something and realise i don't have all the parts to finish and i spend another couple of months trying to source the parts!
don't get me wrong though, i love the car
but, i need a daily driver for all the times the fto is off the road
looking for a mirage, lancer or corolla for about $3500
must be 1997+ because the point of a daily is so it wont break down half the time, so i dont want an old piece of sh*t

if only you were a few months earlier, on ebay i picked up a white 98 mirage man with 61k kms on it for 3k

I didn't think mirages were that cheap ...

to be honest i didnt think so either i didnt even mean to buy it at the time, i just though 'hey why not stick 3grand on that ' then 6days later nobody had bid on it and id won.. then i needed to come up with the money :S but hey it financed the work on my fto in the long run

Sounds like a great deal ... Not much work required to turn a mirage into AWD .... So I am told ...
