Does anyone know wether or not a car complied at Victoria can be registered in NSW?

yeah should be fine. However contact your local transit authority and they will be able to tell you

It sure can ... But I think it has to go for a blue slip ... I think the compliance on mine was out of state...

You'll need good compliance and import papers etc ... i had dodgy liquid papered papers and they booked my car for a RTA indentification / safety / stolen / etc check which costed 410bucks!! (THATS FCUKING ROBBERY BULLSHIT)
