FTO AUSTRALIA

does anyone know where the flasher can is located? and where i can get a new one, im guessing they arent anything special, just a common part.

i got no turn or hazard lights, fuse keeps blowing, like there is a dead short somewhere so i figure its the flasher can.

i checked all the globes, they are ok.

any other suggestions welcome.

If you end up coming down, ive got the wreck at my place now. Anything you need you can get off it.

Buy new mate always best to get major running parts new with warrenty and peace of mind etc

oooops, my bad. seems i squashed a wire when i installed the new shocks. all fixed now. phew.

The FTO flasher can, are they 2 or 3 pin?

i know... it was late at night and working with a leadlight. it was the wire for the side blinker that runs along under the guard. it got caught on one of the 3 top-mount studs when i put it up into the shock tower.

the flasher has 3 pins. i couldnt get one that fit into the holder with clips, but it still fit and worked. the type with clips would have to be OEM from Mitsubishi i guess.

So where is this thing located?

its under the dash, just take the panel off under the steering wheel
