New or 2nd hand....
Ill have a 2nd hand set in a couple of weeks with any luck ( i have 2 drivers side ones now) and can order new ones at any time. Im selling 2nd hand ones for $150 ea. New ones arent cheap, but I can get them cheaper than what Mitsubishi Aust would charge you.

I can get brand new ones, but you arent going to like the price (cheaper than Mitsubishi Australia though - which is the only other alternative).
Headlight, LH (non Xenon) - MR178785 $635.70 ea
Headlight, RH (non Xenon) - MR178786 $635.70 ea
And this doesnt include postage from Japan to here. Youd be much better off with a set of 2nd hand ones in good condition. With any luck, ill win a set later tonight.

As for foglights, are we talking prefacelift (single combination foglight/indicator) or post facelift FTO (Separate indicators and foglights)
