2 Blacks in parra westfield

Spotted 2 black ftos in parra westfield carpark at around 2-2.30pm today. One of the number plates was 'OHTASH' and had stock rims with green p plates.
The other i only say from the side. was a female driver and the car had aftermarket wheels.
anyone ?
