Castrol TQ - DIII, you need about 6 litres so buy 2 4ltr bottles.

Filter is Coopers Z411.

If you're in Sydney I have a spare Ryco filter, FREE !!!

Just did mine over the weekend.

ERRR correct me if im wrong but the z411 is the engine oil filter not the trans one. Unless i am mistaken ( and may well be ) i think the trans is different. Dstocks will be able to confirm this and has a listing on service parts in the complete fto sight at this link

I've been using DIII whenever I do my service, couple members on here use the same.

When mitsu said the 'other' one do they mean the OEM?

If you have the money get Redline.

Nothing wrong with DIII, changed mine 3 times already and it works great.

4L bottle costs about $30. You need two coz it takes about 6L. The coopers filter is $7. Pretty easy to do yourself.
