hi i was wondering what the largest wheel size would be for a fto.
im thinking of putting 19" mags x 8.5" possibly also with 25mm wheel adapters. so all round would be approx 9.5" width.... would these fit on??
thanks.

Anything would fit on, as long as you have the correct suspension and yeah... im sure if u hold up someone with more knowledge on this will reply.
And im pretty sure 19's would fit, you will need to make a few modifications though. The largest you can put on an fto without modification is 18's i think, with similar width tyres to the standard.

Yeah it all depends on the how low, how much camber, how much offset the rims have. I think 19's are pushing it a little bit, you will most probably get rubbing somewhere. I have 18's and is really low but i dont get any rubbing really but there are a lot of ppl who do.

Anything bigger than 18 makes the car look like a bling-mobile.
And if you're thinking about a Tempe special, GTFO.

STFU ok don't make me come up to the homo state of QLD! Don't mess with us NSW-ers, we'll be all over you like britney spears on a cake!
on a more serious note - 19" will scrub man, 18 is good and looks just right. With the right type of tyre selection you could pull it off. I actually got my rims from tempe tyres, did a fine job in my eyes, dunno about any bad experiences with others. Tempe seem to have a reputable name as far as I know.

I've seen 19s fitted successfully, but its a balancing act with the offset of the rim - you will also not be able to get an 8.5" wide rim in if its 19, its too wide for such a tall rim.

Ive got 19's with 215/35/19 ...guards are rolled,if you go 19's watch the shoulder profile of the tyres...they vary greatly and
may help to squeeze the 19's in
