Don't think u can get one in NSW, well nobody that I know of.
In sydney there's carmate for kits, (from my personal experiences so far this place was a bit dodgey..)

Apart from that you can get it from some shop in QLD, dunno what it's called but I'm sure somebody from there will reply here soon enough.
