Who tagged my ride in Carlton?

HEY!
My car was parked in Carlton St in Carlton, Vic. Some punk put a FTO Club pamphlet on my Windscreen - silver FTO GPX with a Veilside kit... Own up you sassy SOB.

But if he does not have an FTO sticker on the car then he should be tagged...
I would be like WTF if someone tagged mine... But I have FTO Aus over both 1/4 windows...
