Refurbing lower rear suspension arms

I got a couple of rear lower suspension arms to refurb as I had already got all of the bushes etc from the local Mitsi dealer.
The inner bushes come out easily enough

but the outer ones just dont want to play. they are pretty stuck in there and the manuals dont even show them being removed.
So has anyone done theirs and can it be done?
Any advice appreciatted.

Okay so after more research it appears we share the bushes with th eOutlander, amongst others and that they are actually Pillow Ball Bushes, rather than just rubber ones. This apparently gives smooether usage and less friction.
And they can be replaced with appropriatte tools, or more likely by my local engineering shop!

Just been thru this, you need a 10 tonne press. Took mine to my local mechanic & he pushed 'em out for me. Also pushed the new ones in too.
