Does anyone know anything about them?

I tried a search but found nothing.
Any direction would be much appreciated,
I'm looking to change mine.

Mitsubishi part number for one MB350581, or for 2 its MB501711. Quite cheap, about $15 each. Common to Lancers, Mirages & Galants.

Not too hard to change. Have to remove the steering arm from the wheel hub assembly, mark then remove steering tie rod end, rip off old torn boot, replace with new boot (packed with grease) and strap into place. Assembly is the reverse.

I was debating putting grease in there the otehr day,,,normally you dont and just make it clean...but some people seem to..

make sure you mark the current tie rod position...saves you time re-aligning the steering.

aslong as its just as easy. are there any guides around?

Not for power steering boots. Have done one for CV's if you need it. You could always do a guide and we could chuck it up.......

replaced mine today.

go to autobahn and get soem lancer P/S boots for 9 bucks each...

take off your wheel...

undo the tie rod and get it off...

Mark the nut position...or you will be sorry..

take off old boot...clean up any sh*t in there...puton new boot...tie it up and wack it all back together. should take around 2hrs after screwing around a bit.
