Importing Parts from Japan

Post by dstocks »

OK peeps,

Ive just had confirmation that I can now buy stuff off Yahoo Japan and other stuff out of Japan too (from Mitsubishi Japan for instance). First cab off the rank - Stereo Surrounds (see group buy). I believe that I can get BRAND NEW Stereo Surrounds out of Japan and landed in Australia for $150 each per person. I have posted this one in the group buy section already.

I will be able to order/buy other stuff too. I am meeting up with the other people that are setting this capability up in a couple of weeks time to find out the specifics, but will be bringing boxes of stuff across every couple of weeks (and ocxcasionally maybe a shipping container) to cut postage costs (which are the killer in all this). Am also looking into getting a new batch of Altezza lights made in Tiawan (if there is enough interest). Woud be looking at getting about 50 people interested from FTO Aus and maybe the UK to make this fly.

Oh and this is not limited to FTO either.

Will provide another update as soon as I get more info.

No, dont start a list just yet. I have a couple of options on the board for these and dont quite know which way itll go just yet. Give me a couple of weeks to flesh out some details and when I have a definite proposition, ill chuck up a post dedicated to it ;)

Hrmm, does this mean most japanese performance cars...you may be able to get accessories for ?

I'd be interested in some carbon fibre eyelids for a Mazda 3 hatch 06 hehehe.
