jerking problem

Got a little bit of a problem ive notice when its cold it jerks a bit and also once it has warmed up i will be crusing around at about 50 and it willl jerk a bit at random times could this be fuel filter or pump or oxeygon sensor.

Probably fuel related...
Checked for error codes?

Tiptronic or manual?
If it's a Tip, mine did that here and there before the trans packed up
Does it do it at low revs, like when your only just touching the throttle?
If it's low throttle, check your TPS (Throttle position sensor)
There's a guide somewhere for how to check and adjust it, think it was on one of the UK sites.
