FTO hops when braking???

Post by rhapsody »

Sorry not sure how to describe it but when coming to a stop even though my foot is on the brake the car seems to loose grip with the road and hops forward a little bit before I feel the brakes grab again and come to a full stop, had new wheels and tyres put on this weekend as we were told it was because the tyres were worn but it is still happening, has anyone ever experienced this or have any ideas what it could be?

Thanks :?

There's potential for a thread about anything on FTO Australia

Could be the discs ... They could be a little un-even and need a light machine ...

It's the tip box playing with you, change the tranny fluid and see how that goes.

Check out the obvious fist.
Loose calipers and or bolts.
worn ball joints and tie rods.
