HI just wanted to know is it illegal to drill a couple of holes in the chasis of the car just to mount something is it illegal or a insurance issue for drilling in to the chasis?

Elaborate...

Where are you drilling... how big of a hole... what are you mounting... how heavy... etc...

that's got BAAAAAAAD news written allover it...
any holes could weaken the chassis (and most likely make it illegal)
...i'd be looking for any other mounting option possible

In Vic it is possible but you'll need an approval certificate from a VASS (i.e. engineer) for any chassis modifications. I imagine this would entail having to strengthen the surrounding areas so that you are not compromising anything.

But yeah, please explain...

<Ben's head shaking image should go here..>

You will not need to drill / weld to install that. Look around and attach to an existing bolt, or go cable ties.

Mate, FTO's are not meant to make f*cken farmyard noises  The only non mechanical sound they should be making is a light moaning noise... accompanied by a bit of a rocking back & forth motion.

That reminds me of something I witnessed a couple of years ago...

Some wogs were cruising down Chapel ST, in their fully sic VL, windows dow, checking out the chicks, music blaring... except the music was the theme from Sesame Street  trying to pick up jailbait perhaps

and the cd was a cd full of cartoon theme songs (inc. banana man; postman pat; raggy dolls etc...)

thank god i was drunk at time... and may or may not be singing "yvan eht nioj"
